All domestic deliveries are sent via United
States Postal Service Priority Mail, which is
normally very quick, economical, and reliable. However, mishaps
do occur.

Delivery Confirmation is included with every order, but
Insurance
is not.

Please select 1 quantity of Insurance for every $50 worth of
products ordered.

No reimbursements or reshipments are issued without it.

Sales
Tax

Sales Tax is only
collected for orders in North Carolina. There is no tax
collected for any other locations.

Shipping
Information

Our Standard Mail All domestic orders are shipped via USPS 2-3
Priority Mail, within 48 business hours of receipt of
order.
For any questions or concerns about
the status of your order, please contact our shipping
department.

Card Payments

We accept
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX
directly.
PayPal
is also accepted through this
shopping cart, but a sales receipt/email
confirmation will not be generated
by out shopping cart, (as it cannot determine
whether payment funds have actually been
transferred.) Your PayPal transfer notice is
your receipt. (A physical packing
list/receipt is sent with each package.)

Orders

We ship to any location
where postal service is offered. USPS Global Priority
Mail service is our standard shipping method, which is a
3-5 business day expedited air
delivery.
Your country must be on the list below to use
this shipping option. All other countries must use
standard international airmail delivery, which is a 4-7
day service.

Indonesia, Thailand, Viet Nam, Malaysia, or Nigeria.

placed to these countries will be refused.

We accept Purchase Orders
for a minimum of $100 per PO. Please use the Purchase
Order payment option in the shopping cart to create your order. Include a copy of
this completed online order along with your PO. Send by fax
or mail. We must have authorization before shipping your
order.
